Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tactical Architect (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Tactical Architect is a cognitive football intelligence platform that enables coaches, analysts, and football professionals to observe, measure, and develop cognitive decision-making in players. The Platform includes tools for player profiling, game model definition, video annotation, tactical congruence assessment, training design, microcycle planning, and reporting.

All content, methodology, frameworks, algorithms, and proprietary terminology used in the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform owner. This includes, but is not limited to: • The cognitive assessment framework comprising the five proprietary variables: Speed of Perception, Inhibitory Control, Cognitive Flexibility, Metacognition, and Tactical Congruence. • The Progressive Friction methodology and its associated Phase Spaces (Perception, Decision, Execution, Self-Assessment). • The Tactical Congruence assessment model and its zone-based evaluation system. • The Congruence Audit methodology for training-to-match transfer analysis. • All scoring algorithms, data models, and analytical methods embedded in the Platform. No part of the proprietary framework, methodology, or terminology may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without explicit written permission from the Platform owner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform (player information, video uploads, annotations, training sessions). However, by using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or algorithms of the Platform; (c) reproduce or redistribute the proprietary cognitive framework or methodology; (d) use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Platform; (e) share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

During the beta phase, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and data loss may occur. Beta users agree to provide feedback and understand that the service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided for professional support purposes and does not replace professional judgment in coaching decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Platform owner's jurisdiction.
