We collect the following categories of data: • Account information: name, email address, and authentication data provided during registration. • Player data: names, dates of birth, nationalities, positions, and cognitive assessment scores that you input into the Platform. • Usage data: video uploads, annotations, training sessions, game models, and reports you create. • Technical data: browser type, device information, and access logs for security and performance purposes.

Your data is used exclusively to: • Provide and maintain the Platform's services. • Generate cognitive assessments, reports, and analytics. • Improve the Platform's functionality and user experience. • Send service-related notifications (alerts, feedback responses). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular backups, and monitoring. Video files and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage (S3-compatible).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: • Access: request a copy of your personal data. • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data. • Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). • Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV export is available in the Platform). • Restriction: limit how we process your data. • Objection: object to data processing in certain circumstances. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

The Platform uses third-party services for authentication (Manus OAuth) and cloud infrastructure. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and are GDPR-compliant.
