Decision Support Tool
Tactical Architect™ is a decision-support platform for football coaches. Cognitive scores are based on behavioural observation and AI inference — not clinical psychological assessment. All results must be interpreted alongside the coach's professional expertise and direct player observation.
We collect account data (name, email, role), player profiles (name, date of birth, nationality, position, optional photo), video session data (URLs, annotations, timestamps), cognitive scores (SoP, IC, CF, MC, TC on a 0–10 scale), training sessions, game model data, and anonymised usage analytics. We do not collect biometric data, GPS tracking, or physical performance metrics.
Data is stored on Manus infrastructure with managed MySQL/TiDB database, automated backups, Amazon S3 file storage (US-based by default), and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. For clubs requiring EU data residency under GDPR Articles 44–49, EU-based storage is available upon request via an enterprise contract.
AI analysis is based on annotations provided by coaching staff. Player identification in video analysis is based on jersey number recognition — not facial recognition. The platform cannot verify whether a player was physically present in a match. Confidence scores below 70% should be validated through manual assessment.
The club is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable child protection and data protection laws for players under 18. Player photos of minors should only be uploaded with explicit parental or guardian consent. Player data is never shared with third parties.
Player data is retained for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted. Players (or guardians for minors) may request access, correction, or deletion of their data through the club's designated data controller.
Tactical Architect™ acts as a data processor on behalf of the club (data controller). Data is processed on the basis of contractual necessity and legitimate interest. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28 is available upon request for clubs that require it.
